Now that we know more about the structure of bones, we are ready to see how they all come together to form the skeletal system. An adult has 206 bones. What are they? How are they organized? What do they do? Let’s go through all of these bones right now!

In this video, we’ll be talking about the under-appreciated world of abrasion play. Scratching, poking, prickling and scraping are all wonderful ways to play with masochism and experience extreme sensation but so few people know how to use them! We’ll be going over common techniques for abrasion play, why people enjoy it, how you can use it in scenes you already do, and so much more.
Youtube made me remove all of the example pictures and demos I had included in this video… wah. :/

Everyone is lonely at times. But chronic loneliness can make you sick. Earlier this month, US surgeon general shone a light on the problems associated with loneliness by declaring it an American epidemic. He said the growing isolation in society poses a health risk as deadly as smoking. In an 80-page report Doctor Vivek Murthy said: “We now know that loneliness is a common feeling that many people experience. It’s like hunger or thirst. ItLoneliness as dangerous as smokings a feeling the body sends us when something we need for survival is missing.”

Common types of wound
Contusion
A contusion is more commonly called a bruise. It is usually caused by a blunt blow, the overlying skin is unbroken, but tissues and blood vessels below are damaged. The discolouration is caused by bleeding from small vessels into the tissues. Red blood cells trapped in the tissue spaces become deoxygenated anddark coloured. Bruising can also develop after deeper tissues, such as bones are damaged, and may only become apparent after a period of time as blood tracks towards the body surface.
If blood collects in a discrete pool within the tissues this is described as a haematoma. As the blood in a haematoma is well consolidated it may cause pressure effects on surrounding tissues, these may include pain and nerve compression. There is a risk a haematoma may become infected and some need to be surgically evacuated.
Abrasion
An abrasion is a scrape or graze. Typically, there is a superficial surface wound involving the epidermis and part of the dermis. As dermal nociceptors are exposed in the damaged dermis, these wounds are often very painful. Some abrasions can however, be deeper wounds involving tissues below the level of the skin. Abrasions are most commonly caused by friction injuries, falling off bikes is a common cause. These wounds need to be well cleaned to remove dirt and grit which may be sticking to the wound surface. What is abrasion resistant steel plate?
Abrasion resistant (AR) steel plate is a high-carbon alloy steel plate. This means that AR is harder due to the addition of carbon, and formable and weather resistant due to added alloys
What is AR steel used for?
Common applications of the AR plate include dump liners, grates, buckets, construction attachments, conveyors, body armor, and ballistic plates (and as targets at shooting ranges).
What is the difference between AR 400 and AR 500?
AR400 is typically used where high wear resistance in needed as in digger blades and buckets, mining machinery, and heavy machinery. AR500 is a medium carbon, manganese alloy with moderate Brinell hardness. It is a quench and tempered high strength alloy steel which has superior abrasion resistance and toughness.
